Lead Time
Since all of our pieces are custom made to order, please allow approximately 4-6 weeks for delivery. If you need your order sooner, feel to contact us - we can often accommodate rush orders.
Shipping
All orders are insured and shipped through UPS unless otherwise requested by a client. Shipping rates are dependent on location we’re shipping to, value of goods, and the type of shipping you’d like (Ground, Overnight, Saturday, 2nd Day, 3 Day, etc.).
*Please note that if you choose expedited delivery, the 4-6 weeks for production time is still applicable since all jewelry is handmade to order.
Sales Tax
All orders placed within the State of Massachusetts are subject to an 6.25% Sales Tax, which will appear automatically during checkout. If you’re ordering from out of state, there is no sales tax.
International Orders
While our website does not handle international orders, please contact us us to place your order directly.
Exchanges & Returns
All items are handmade to order, and great care is taken with each piece. If you notice a defect in your order, please notify us upon receipt of your item.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we are happy to accept exchanges for unused merchandise within 14 days of receipt for store credit only. Credit must be used within one year from the date of purchase. Shipping and sales tax charges are non-refundable.

Please note: we are not responsible for return merchandise lost or damaged in transit. We strongly suggest that you insure all shipments and package the jewelry safely with proper padding to ensure safe delivery. Please also be sure to include your name and contact information in the package so that we can be in touch with you to confirm we’ve received it.
